Key Responsibilities
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
– Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
– Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with international customers.
– Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Sales Assistant
Location: DaLian China

Key Responsibilities
– Assist the sales team in handling inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
– Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) and sales records.
– Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to track order status and ensure timely delivery.
– Prepare shipping documents and handle export/import paperwork.
– Communicate with international clients via email, phone, or video calls (in English and other languages if applicable).
– Follow up on payments, contracts, and post-sale customer support.
