We are pleased to share a closer look at our cold shrink silicone tube extrusion line, with the horizontal screw extruder serving as its core component.

The complete system includes an automatic feeding unit, high-temperature furnaces, channel furnaces, an automatic cutting and haul-off unit, and an outer diameter gauge for real-time monitoring.

Tube outer diameter is displayed throughout production, enabling full automation and eliminating manual measurement errors. This ensures consistent output quality and reliable production capacity.

Our material selection is equally rigorous. We use high-grade silicone rubber that delivers excellent electrical properties and strong mechanical performance, both critical for demanding field applications.

With this integrated setup, we maintain stable and predictable production schedules, allowing us to meet delivery commitments with confidence.
