Composite Post Insulators

Composite Post Insulators are electrical insulating devices used to support and separate electrical conductors without allowing current to pass through them. Made from a combination of fiberglass cores and polymer housing materials like silicone rubber, they offer high mechanical strength, lightweight, and excellent resistance to pollution and weathering. Compared to traditional porcelain or glass insulators, composite post insulators provide better performance in harsh environments, reduce maintenance costs, and improve system reliability. They are widely used in substations, transmission lines, and distribution networks for medium to high voltage applications.
