XDL series oil level gauge

Overview

The XDL series oil level gauge is a specialized product for fully sealed transformers. This product is made of high-quality seamless steel pipes or alloy aluminum, with an appearance of electrostatic spraying, reliable sealing, simple operation, convenient installation, shortened working hours, and multiple functions. It can be used for connecting oil injection pipes.

We adopts a threaded design to ensure reasonable compression of the sealing rubber ring, while effe ctively preventing ultraviolet radiation, resulting in a longer service life of the rubber ring. The oil level observatio n adopts a 360 ° no dead angle design. Blue indicates normal oil level in the tank, while red indicates a decrease in oil level in the tank. Transformer oil should be added promptly.

Installation method of oil level gauge:

The oil level gauge is installed on the upper part of the box, and the threaded base is opened on the transformer box cover Φ 60 holes, seal and weld the threaded base with the box cover, install the sealing gasket, and tighten it directly.
